How to Succeed In Network Marketing By Attracting The 3 Types Who Can Grow Business

If network marketing was for everyone, everyone would be doing it. Why not? Work from home or anywhere you want using a laptop and a cell phone. Being home with your family or doing more of what you want to do and spend less time working.

The reality is that most network marketing businesses are often designed for you to fail. The network marketing systems that are in place often, believe it or not, still have you tap your friends and family. They tout to go after your warm market. This is a great way to ruin your relationship with your friends and family. If you don’t like going to family functions, become a network marketer and then pull the family together and pitch them. You will be banned from family events…I guess not bad for some.

Those at the top of the food chain in your group fail to tell you how they have achieved network marketing success and leave a lot to you to figure out. They tell you that this is the best time to join, that this is the best network marketing opportunity. “Look at me, I am successful…you can too.” How? They may tell you that there are several ways to be successful and you need to find what works for you.

Nine out of ten people who get into a network marketing opportunity don’t stick around because they don’t know how to market. They end up chasing people and try to convince them to join their group. They don’t succeed and they work really hard trying to generate leads that get them nowhere. Then they give up and say the opportunity is a scam and go find a job. Often, it is no fault of the person. They just didn’t learn what to do or they were not taught what to do.

Chances are if you are reading this article, you are already an internet marketer or involved with an MLM. You are part of the target market for a network marketing business. If you are not getting network marketers coming to your offering and are getting tire kickers instead, then you are making a big mistake with your marketing plan. Also, you will be wasting time qualifying or disqualifying people displaced by a job who are just curious and not marketers nor do they have what it takes to be a marketer. No, you want to attract like-minded people to your opportunity. People who are already interested and involved in network marketing or MLM.

Think about it. There are three categories of network marketers that you must attract.

Doing Great At Network Marketing

First, there are those who are doing well with a network marketing opportunity and don’t see why they need to change. Well, there is a good reason to at least look at adding another opportunity. In any economy, especially today, doesn’t it make sense to have multiple streams of income? What if the company you have all of your eggs in one basket falls off? So, if you are doing well, you have lots of automation in place and have trained your folks well. Take that knowledge and build it again for another stream of income.

Understand That There is a Need for Multiple Streams of Income

This isn’t the 1980s when gurus suggested that you concentrate on one business and make that business the best. There are network marketers who understand that they need to have more than one opportunity working at a time. So this segment will be looking for other network marketing companies to work with and grow another stream of income.

A Network Marketer is Disgruntled with the Network Marketing Gig They Have Now

With the failure rate so high, there are lots of network marketers, who still want to live the dream of having your own business and working your own hours without the boss, however, the opportunity they picked isn’t living up to the expectations. This market is bombarded with other opportunities all day long and are actively looking to abandon what they are doing for another MLM or network marketing business. If you have the right product, the right training, a proven repeatable marketing system within a well run company, you will attract this person.

Web Site Marketing Is The Single Best Way To Build Your Business & Create Your Brand: “make A Website, Make Money”

Web site marketing is probably the most important advice I can offer you when it comes to attraction or any type of marketing!! Building a web site, I have found, was and is the fastest way to get ranked on the search engines.  There are a few things you need to understand, now I can’t give you everything on building a website, but if you hang with me I have a tool that I used that made it simple.  Notice I did not say easy, if you commit to learning and earning it will be simple.

I am going to talk about some things that I think you need to understand before you start web site marketing.  I am going to speak (write) in a way that I understand it, so don’t look for the perfect definitions of all the terms.

Keywords

Keywords are words or keyword phrases are words and phrases that people use when they are searching for something online.  To find this page you may have searched for “web site marketing” or  “building a website”.

Knowing which keywords are used is helpful when making a website because you would then want to build web pages around the popular keywords that relate to your site.  Essentially when you search for words or phrases at Google or Yahoo those words are then defined as keywords. You want to identify the phrases being used to search for your product or service and then incorporate those in your Internet marketing.

HTML Coding

or Hypertext Markup Language—let me say this I do not know HTML coding.  However when I began web site marketing I got familiar with a few codes that I used in this website.  

Anyway, this coding that has been used since 1991, it is a group of characters and words that when put together properly display to the reader bold, italics and font size, just to name a few.  

You can add pictures to your web pages, align the text, create a link in the text for people to click and many, many, more things.  

However, like I said, you do not have to know HTML coding to make a website.

Website Traffic

THEE most important thing in web site marketing as it relates to attraction marketing…TRAFFIC to your site.

You want to get as much traffic to your site as possible.  This can be done by social networks, blogging, lead capture page, email marketing, article marketing…..etc.  There are also sites that promise traffic for a fee, personally I stay away from them cause I have not seen the benefit….YET.  

When traffic comes to your website you want to make sure there is content there that would keep them there or at least coming back.  I will tell you a secret, I want to get you hooked…that’s right, like a raging addict, waiting for what is coming next.

I began building a site and in 30 days I started getting traffic from the United States, Great Britain, Brazil and Australia.

I am not going to tell you it was massive traffic but prior to that point I couldn’t even get my mother to my site. I will admit the learning curve to building an effective website is challenging but well worth it.

These are only a FEW basics, no way can I cover every thing right here.

You need to understand some things.  Whenever I wanted to build a website I would start with the website domain name (www.mywebsite.com).  I would search and search to find the right combination of words or phrases that would make my website “sound” good.  This, however is the last thing you should do.

Supply & Demand

The first thing is to figure out your site concept, what is your site going to be about, what is your niche? Usually you want to start with your passion, what are you passionate about….your job, hobby, sport, etc. Then research the demand for your niche and the supply offered to the niche. This is not a snap decision.

See, I was taught about supply and demand in grade school it is the same concept online.  Supply is the amount of searchable information that is being offered about your particular niche.  Demand is the amount of people or searches that are looking for this information through online searches.  The last thing when determining your site concept is profitability, though you may have a passion for a particular site concept is the focus of your passion profitable enough to spend your time developing a website about it?

For example you may love fitness training and nutrition, obviously there is a TON of information online about this. You may need to narrow your focus to be profitable and not compete with larger more well known and established sites.  Let’s say it focuses on eating for health or eating for a healthy life over 40 or eating for preparation for marathons. Whatever it is, you want to qualify the information by checking the supply, demand and profitability.

How do you do that?

Do what I did create a website like this (go ahead click that link over there to the left). create a website.  With web site marketing you need a tool that helps you build an effective and efficient website that tracks your traffic, submits your site to the search engines, researches keywords, tells you the real supply and demand, lets you know the profitability and MUCH, MUCH MORE.

Let me warn you…IT IS A LOT OF INFORMATION.  If you are committed to getting out of the “rut” that you are in or start a new hobby or career that is PROFITABLE, you want to start here.  Best decision I ever made!!!!
