Do you have a fitness regimen and you seem to be stuck? Are you not progressing anymore? Your problem could come from your body has memorized what exercises you have been doing for a significant amount of time.

I promote body confusion by way of not letting your body get used to doing the same routine all the time. As they say no pain no gain! Well that saying has some significance to it. Your body will adjust to what it is doing, so applying the body confusion method can help you maintain and improve on your fitness routine.
Do your research and find a routine that will not be so comfortable! You may find doing the exercises you like have to be combined with the exercises you don’t like. Most times we like what’s comfortable. Choose by what is known to work and experiment a little. I myself hit a plateau. I will be 40 years old this November, but I don’t plan to grow old gracefully. Remember that you only have one life to live so live it the best way possible.
