Vote Yes Minnesota Film Contest!
Vote Yes Minnesota is proud to announce our film contest. We are calling for film makers of all skill levels to tell us why Minnesota is such a special place to live. We want you to tell us why Minnesotans should Vote Yes on the Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment on November 4th.
Submission is free, and we want citizens from all parts of the state to take part. Films of all production levels and skills will be considered. We think that there are a lot of creative Minnesotans who value this state and its natural resources. Rules, submission form and guidlines can be downloaded below. All films must show our trailer at the beginning and end of each film, with both quicktime and windows movie files for download below.

Dates
- Entries must be postmarked by no later than September 1, 2008
- Winners will be announced September 19, 2008
Prizes
- All submissions are eligible for placement on www.yesformn.org
- First Prize: $1,000, one-year membership to the Minnesota Citizens for the Arts and IFP Minnesota, screenings on public TV, Vote Yes MN promotional events, at the Walker Art Center and more statewide events to be announced
- Second Prize: Many of the same screening opportunities as 1st place film, one-year membership to Minnesota Citizens for the Arts and IFP Minnesota.
